FORMATION

The ultimate goal of formation is to mould us as Missionaries of St. Francis De Sales for a ministry of service, both in spirit and in fact. Formation is understood as providing conditions to grow as mature and well-integrated persons, harmoniously blending all dimensions of life and personality without fear and inhibitions. The first formator is the Holy Spirit and the primary agent of formation is the candidate himself.
